... 98-162. Max Frost, Anthony Goodwin, Mike Baxter and Jimmy Goodwin were 28-52 behind after the Singles, despite Anthony's excellent win at Nr 2 against Cambridge captain Elliott Malone by 15-7. In the Doubles Brian Kirk teamed up with Jimmy for all 4 games; Max (with an increasingly bruised hand) and Anthony played two games together against Kay & Malone; and Mike joined Anthony for the final two games against Malde & Lane, which they won 15-13, 15-7.
